Default Motorcycle Mirrors

OK...I want to ask any and all who have bought some decent mirrors for your Vulcan if you found any that work as well as the stock OEM mirrors that came on your bike? I know alot of riders have upgraded their mirrors only to report that they have bad vibration and can't even see what's behind them. If you have some mirrors on your bike that you like...please let me...us...know which ones you bought and where I...we...can get them. I really want to upgrade my mirrors but would like to bypass having a few pair that don't work to well sitting and collecting dust.

Thanks!

I figure if you have vibrating mirrors you should try to get yourself a wind buffeting situation to counter act the mirror shake so that you can see whats behind you.

The OEM's work just fine...I just don't like their looks and want to get customs but not get disappointed in ones that don't work well.

Now there's a styling tip for all of us riders! Heading down the highway looking in the mirror to see how cool we look!

I think I need to edit that.. look at the image in the mirror. If you see yourself you must be a woman or you need a serious adjustment of said mirrors.

LOL...Not a woman...and the mirrors are adjusted...just gets lonely out there on the backroads at times so I give myself a nod now and then.

I use the back of my headlight to look at how cool I am on my ride. I use my mirrors to see the car that doesn't see me.

it really provides a different perspective on the world. my favorite place to catch the reflection is riding down a tree lined country road on a sunny day. the view of the blue skies and the trees wizzing by on both sides is great.

I've been thinking about getting a couple of the Kuryakyn Magnum Mirror's but did not know how bad they would viberate & if they would work any better than the stock ones.

Your in the same boat as I am! I have looked at those but again would like to hear from others who may have bought them to offer a report before the rest of us go spending our $$$ needlessly if they don't work well.

I've been trying to talk the visa card (wife) into letting me order the V&H big Shots or the Hard Krome 3" and used the "saving money" thing by not ordering the mirrors

No, it's not working

Hmmm...well if you were to buy 30 sets of mirrors just to see which ones worked it'd cost way more than pipes so she could easily see how your getting good info here is a huge $$$ saver...so...pipes should actually be affordable now.
