Hi all - just bought myself a brand spanking new 09 EX650 Ninja yesterday. This is my second bike - upgraded from a 92 Honda F2. The hubby is picking up a new Concours today - trading up from a 600. We hope to do some weekend trips this year.

Hello all. My name is Rob. I have been a professioanl poker player since '02. I bought my first bike back in '05, a '91 Kawasaki Ninja ZX-6. Went down in '06 and haven't had much opportunity to ride it since because of the damage that the bike sustained. I'm not afraid to admit that I am a mechanical moron when it comes to bikes. I am here to learn all that I can about bikes, bike repair, and maintainance. My goal is to get my bike back into mint condition so I can go back to daily riding once again.

Looking forward to chatting it up with you all.

I'm a bit rough on the troops at times . irreverent , irascible , acerbic , dirty old man with out remorse . I do have my good side . I really do teach what I learn and try to have some humor about it . Problem is I also have no problem calling an inept time waster just that , a waste of time . Guess I'll have to work on that .
I have nearly 30 years experience working on all common makes of motorcycle and and somewhat less experience working on those I can't spell . I honestly don't have a brand preference and believe that anything less than that you ride being more important than what you ride is a posture for a--hats , imbeciles and docile media led lemmings of the American public .

I digress , as per usual . If I reach the edges of your tolerance please inform me , publicly if necessary . I'm far beyond the age where a bruised ego means anything more than your using my transgression to show the rank and file what is and isn't allowed as well as keep my arrogant self out of trouble long enough to be of some assistance .

I do hope that this will be a fruitful and valuable if not at times difficult union .

Hello. I am Bryan, from Pa. I just joined a few minutes ago. I have a Kawasaki Prairie 360. One dealer told me that after ten hours of use a light will come on advising me that the ATV will need service. He said when this light comes on, the ATV will go into a limp mode and move very slowly, etc. Ten hours seems sort of quick to me but what do I know. I read online that this light comes on at 100 hours. Some say the ATV will work fine even when the light comes on and others say the ATV will go into a limp mode. I have no hour reader on the ATV so I would have to estimate the time for now. Does anyone know if the ATV will or will not go into any sort on "limp" mode when it reaches a certain hour mark? Any answers would be appreciated.

Bryan

Greetings all, my name is Mike. Today I purchased my first motorcycle, a 1985 ZN 700 A2 LTD with 15k original miles. I have been waiting for this day as long as I can remember and am thrilled beyond belief. The ninety miles I had to drive home from the seller's location was ninety of the most fun miles I've ever experienced in my whole life. I can't wait to wake up in the morning and ride it to work.

Congratulations on your 'new' bike Ando. I ride a 1984 ZN1100 and love it. I used to have an '85 also. Be safe and make sure you watch that guy coming out of the drive way ahead!
