Hello people. I'm Dan Almashy from Danville, Va. I recently bought my 2006 Vulcan 900LT. I am really happy with it so far. I did notice an occasional pop in the exhaust when I first start it sometimes. Doesn't seem to be a problem. I always leave the gas turned on and thought maybe it was possibly some excess gas in it. Maybe it'll go away after a few hundred miles.
I have the Blue and Silver model. I'm thinking of adding some rear floorboards to it though. My wifes heel already made a mark on the muffler. We're really enjoying it so far. I guess once I get used to riding again I might buy a Nomad. That was my first choice but since I haven't ridden since 1980, I thought I'd ease back into it. Hope to see some of you around someday. Keep it safe.

Hey, new here.. found it on google and a 'Houston Driving Rules' thread pulled me in.. I been riding for about a Month and i cant stress how much i love it but im sure you all already know.
Riding a slightly modded 2005 Ninja 250R, (removed factory and added custom decals, custom mesh screening in the bike fairings, painted lower fairing to color match bike, tank and gas cap pad.. more to come..)and if the bike does me right, i will become Kawasaki brand-loyal~ If anyone rides out in the Houston area (I live in The Woodlands, but anywhere in houston area is fine with me) hit me up via PM or AIM/MSN, cuase i have absolutely noone to ride with~ ![]() ![]() ![]() Last edited by Falx250r : 09-07-2006 at 12:01 PM. |

Welcome Falx. I like the mesh in the grills. Good looking 250.

Welcome Brian. That's two silver 250s in the last two days.
BTW...it's always Rampy's fault.
