I recall hitting south Yellowstone into the Tetons in a long line of cars we were picking off in perfect formation. the sounds of our 1500's in complete harmony was something to behold. Now that I have my V, Mr Clean...dangit....2wheelfun... needs the V for our ride this late spring out past the Bufford Grade.

Spok!
What are we gonna do? Both you and I had to buy V2K's just to attempt to keep up with Cary. If he goes and buys one..........?

I also have fond memories of our 1500's singing together in perfect harmony. That was awesome! Believe me...the V is in my mind! |

Anyone. Here is another question/concern I have about belt drive and maintenance.
Since I have never owned a bike with belt drive I'd like to hear from those of you who may be doing your own maintenance and what things are easy/hard to work on when it comes to a belt drive? I do my own maintenance on my 1500 and find it easy to work on the shaft driven bike so it's not that I can't do the work...I'm just not familiar with the pro's/con's of the maintenance needing to be done on belt driven motorcycles. Thanks again for all of your input thus far! |
