Never mind what's been said. Here's the story. You actually cannot go wrong with either bike and you'd probably have to get the other eventually anyway.

But I had a Hayabusa and my VN2000. As much as I liked the 'busa, I kept riding the cruiser more often. You really cannot use what the ZX14 is designed for and you make sacrifices to get it.

Plus, the Hayabusa, and the ZX14, too, isn't as sporty as a race bike. If you want a race bike, it's the ZX10 or the R1 or the GSXR. Again, the ZX14 is a compromise.

If you want sporting practicality, it's a great bike, but I bet the new Concours is more practical and just as fast, so far as you can distinguish without ever actually racing for pink slips. But then, I like, love, my VN2000.

I was with Impact and saw the '07' Lmt Ed ZX14 (White w/Red and Black Flames). It looks BIG alright. I don't know enough about the sport bike basic frame work but the body work gives the bike a menacing feel (even with a white base). Kawi did it right.

sky diving, only 16 jumps, but had fun.
had 66 dodge 426 hemi, gave my 68 390 amx to my son only 56000 mi yet.
while he was in iraq told him you come home alive and it's yours.
snow skiied for 30 yrs "utah, colorado" everything. best vertical drop aprox 150 ft. just a wannabe extreem skiist but still having fun.
did i mention tried hang gliding.
still not a bad mtn biker "stone mtn ga.".
now other son lives in ashville and it's time for the dragon.
like i said, gettin old and got stuff to do before i can't.
gave myself a pretty good test on skis this year and not bad actually better than i thought, so.
it is my life isn't it?
Wow - I have a family of 5 - and ALL of us together haven't done all that .

This is funny - My son sky dives, my wife has done hang gliding, I've done the Dragon a few times, I gave my 300ZX to my son (but at 90,000), had a '93 RX-7 twin turbo (0-60 in 4.9 - pretty good for a car), and I just visited AshEville last week. Oh yeah - one of my sons has done snow skiing.

That's a lot for ONE guy. My whole family can't keep up.

Oh yeah - the most important - my wife (at 50) is pretty dang gorgeous too).
