I don't know if the pic is not updated, or what, but this one shows the black disk which I was told is now chrome.

See about installing my driving lights next weekend. After I get a new tire on the rear. 9000 miles on the rear and it is gone. The front still looks real good. It looks like it won't have to go until the next rear.

Have a great bike week.

To me that sounds anything but simple. I'm sure it's not rocket science (ok, not sure...) but I have never done any installation of this type of thing before. If I were to install a stebel in place of my old horn would I have to run new 'relays' and different 'fuses'? Is there somewhere that would show an idiot guide of this process?

I've recently pulled part of my carberator apart and replaced the float and the needle and cleaned the bowl (I know this has nothing to do with horns) so I feel fairly confident if I have directions.
thanks
dave

Nevermind, started searching similiar searches. Saw that Gadget has a how to, read some other mind boggling talk of relays and what not. Good buddy is an electrician, I'll let him do it.

Okay guys and girls Cheri mentioned I hooked my new Stebel up. As said, my engine chaps were in the way on the crash bar. I looked at the other side and was going to mount it where Brian has his. But I didn't like it on top of the brake resivour. So I went back to the other side and looked at it again. I spotted one of the frame bolts behind the gear shift. I still used the origonal horn bracket to mount it and I still had to enlarge the one hole for the horn bolt. But I think it looks pretty cool where I placed it. It is some what unnoticable behind the shifter. Here are a few pics of its locale.

I installed one last year and have used it a couple of times. I had a person edging into my lane last fall and gave them a blast. It startled the driver so much that he went to the right shoulder of the highway.

Album #2 shows how I mounted mine.
