Norm -you heal up and make your own best choice about your riding future.
Thanks Mark, it was good to see you again too. Just wished we could have gotten a ride in. Next time we will for sure.

Whatever decisions you make, only you can make them. If you never ride again, you can look back and hopefully say it's been one hell of a ride. If you do, you can hopefully put this behind you as one painful experience you don't wish to relive. Either way, you know you're a friend of many... and you know what they say don't you?... he who dies with the most friends wins!
Bonnie, thanks for your reminder of all the people I've met here and those I haven't. It's a good feeling to know people care about you.

Glad you're on your way to recovery, Norm.

As far as ridin' again is concerned, no judgements here, man.

Okay, so I've made a decision, and thanks to my lovely bride, I've decided to get another bike. She told me she knew how much I loved riding and that whatever I decided she would be okay with my decision. Whew, what a great lady she is. Took a lot of pressure off of me. Going to find a new one as soon as the adjuster gets done with my claim.

Norm, I'm so very glad to hear that. I know how much riding means to you, and you really do need an outside interest, given all the responsibility you have at home. Good for Judy, and good for you!!!

That's good to hear Norm. You had me scared for a minute. Next thing, I thought I would hear you are staying away from Crown Royal............then we would need an intervention.

Take care Norm, and rest up buddy.

Norm was your V2k a total loss there ? I didn't actually see the bike, just wondered how bad it fared in this mishap ?
