Just thought I would let you know Norm had a little trouble on one of the curves riding the twisties south of Fredericksburg TX yesterday. He is a little bunged up no broken bones just a couple of stitches and bruises. They kept him in the hospital overnight for observation. Supposed to be able to head home today. I haven't spoke with my Bro yet, his cell needed a charge. I did talk to Steve the guy from Holdrege that rode down with him. He said Norm was wearing his helmet and it probably saved his life and his goggles probably saved his right eye. Norm's bike is pretty bunged up also. Steve has rented a U-Haul to get thier bikes home and they should be home late Saturday or Sunday

Sorry to hear about the accident Norm. Hope you are up and moving around soon.
LIKE SOMEONE SAID ABOVE, THERE ARE WAY TOO MANY MISHAPS GOING ON HERE. I DON'T KNOW IF IT IS A SPRING THING AND RIDERS ARE RUSTY BUT EVERYONE NEEDS TO BE REALLY AWARE OF YOUR SURROUNDINGS AT ALL TIMES.

Oh no! I absolutely hate to hear this. Norm is one of the nicest guys on the planet, and he has a lot of responsibility. I'm sorry to hear, not just about his crash and injuries and damage to his bike, but also that his trip got cut short. I know how much he was looking foward to it.
((((Norm)))) You take care of yourself and heal up fast. I'm so glad you were wearing your helmet!
