Talking Wife bought me a motorcycle!

I mentioned on another thread I bought a 650r, that's not the whole story. My wife bought me the motorbike! I had a Nighthawk CB750 and sold it. I was looking into getting another used one. I really wanted the 650r but it was going to cost a little more then what the Nighthawk sold for. I thought I was going to have to wait a few months before I was able to get another ride. I was bummed, that meant I would miss the peak-ridding season.

Well, I came home one Friday afternoon and she said, "Get in the car, we are going shopping". I thought, oh great, time to spend more money at Wal-mart. She pulled into the Kawasaki dealer, I asked her what we where doing here? She replied, "just looking". We walked into the dealership and there were two sitting there a new red one and a blue one. She says to me, " pick one". I was ecstatic.

Anyways just wanted to tell my story and show some pics. PEACE!

Welcome to your new baby. Now, kiss your wife, and ask her what she wants!

A wife after my own heart!!!!!
I did the same thing for my husband last April. I wanted to surprise him, so I researched bikes by myself (and decided on the Vulcan 900) and applied for a loan by myself. When everything was approved and in place, THEN I told him about it!

Only drawback to how I did it.....is that the bike is in MY name!!!!!
Since I took out the loan for the bike myself, the bike is technically.....
MINE!!!!!!!!

I agree. Except I can't see the pics, but since Tod and I agree on just about everything else so far (except him flying most of the way to BTK rally -softcore) I'm sure the bike is nice.

Hey, I'm not flying most of the way.

I'm flying diagonally across the country to WA, then riding in with the PNW Guys.

It's only saving me like a couple hundred miles. pffft

My guess is that she just got tired of you pouting and whining like a whipped puppy every time you saw one go by.
