Grew up in SC (Greenville), and wife is from Spartanburg, but we live in Bama now. We still own property there (in Boiling Springs). I'll be in S'burg for Memorial Day weekend - but not sure what the plans are. I hope to ride my bike (from Bama) - but not real sure about that. That's some pretty country over there. My daughter just moved from Cola to NC.

btw: The 'Tiger' part of my screen name - is from Clemson.

Streak, I was born and raised in Spartanburg county and graduated from Boiling Springs High School. I worked for an engineering firm in Greenville, SC for 8 years and my son plans to attend Clemson this fall.........Small world, huh?

yep - pretty small world. CU is tough to get into these days. Good for him - we need a few more Tigers. He's gonna love it there.

Sorry for the late reply.

Does an overwhelming desire to live in the Carolinas count? I sure hope to live there at least part time after I retire!
