ok. im the guy who asked the question, about top speed. Ive had this bike now, for 4 months. Just last weekend, I had a chance to go out on 27 , And race other bikes { roll ons } mostly suzuki gsxr1000s and busas, with a few sprinklings of hondas. nobody else. I was the only 12 r out there . I held my own, by a few bike lengths on gixers 1000s the hondas ? well we all know what happens to them. ha haha. no race with a busa yet. let you guys know next weekend. oh buy the way top speed is unknown without a gps. my 12r buries the speedo and still pulls. so gps time for me soon

don't underestimate the busa-they are nasty fast , and with power adders -well

the 12 is very capable though of sticking with most everything out there

Suzuki comes first in my life but I have yet to see a Busa beat a ZX12R, My brother in law owns a ZX12 and pulls the **** out of me everytime he beats a Busa.
