Just one.
A 2000 Vulcan 750 (my first in 35 years). I'm just now coming back to riding after a loooong break. I was looking for a good first bike. (Like Goldilocks, not too big, not too small, just right.) Everything I read kept pushing me to the Kawis and I originally thought about a 500 ltd but they're hard to find out here. The more I looked I kept coming back to the 750. Shaft drive, hydralic valve adjustment, 4 valves per cylinder liquid cooled dual horns, detailed instrumentation (not just idiot lights). Like one of the Kawi guys I talked to said "It's a gem of a bike if you can look past the 80's crusier styling". (Hey, it goes well with my Members Only jacket and my El Tigre polo shirts.) Anyway, it's my first Kawi and hopefully it will enjoy a long and happy life in my garage.

Only the Nomad so far has been a Kawi...... But I think when they make a stock V2K with bags.... I'll be there!!

Here's how my ownage breaks down:

1st bike = 1981 Yamaha Seca XJ750 (Bought Used in Spring 1997)
2nd bike = 2000 Honda Shadow ACE Deluxe 750 (Brand New in Winter of 2000)
3rd bike = 1981 Yamaha Seca XJ750 (Fall 2006 it came back to me!!

)
4th bike = 2000 Kawasaki Nomad 1500Fi (Bought Used in Fall 2006)

1980 Z1R 1000 D3 bought new in 1982. has a bout 20000 miles on it. It has been laid up for a few years and I am trying to get it going again. Too bad my son ran over the tank and seat with his truck so now I am looking for a tank. I don't think I would ever sell it unless someone offered me some crazy amount of money.

I am on my 2nd one. My first was a 1976 Kawasaki KH 100. I got it in 1985. I had a lot of fun on it and learned to ride better than the Briggs & Stratton engined mini bike. I just bought the 2nd one current bike.

Now I have a 96 Vulcan 800A.

Other than that I grew up on dirtbikes YZ50, YZ80, CR125.

I've owned five.

KZ200 - it died, left it parked at a train station, bike was impounded and sold at auction.
GPz305 - it died, belt broke, sold as parts bike
GPz305 - repaired it with parts from previous one, it threw a valve and died, again sold as parts bike
KLR250 - sold it
ZX600C - Ninja 600R riding it now

Great Question.

Started out with 1975 400 Triple Candy Apple Red, boy if I could find one still in a box, new... Love to have it.
Last year had the LT900
This spring over to the Nomad 1600, beautiful red and black.
Had a 3 honda SL 70 ST1100 100 Shadow Spirit, 2 yamaha XS 400 and XS 650 in prior years.
