I know this may be a reallu dumb question but I have never used a route on my Zumo before.
1. If you are mid route and make a stop and turn off the GPS, when you turn it back on and continue your ride, will the route pick up where you left off? 2. If you veer off the route for any reason such as a road closure, will the GPS route you so that you return to your route once you have avoided the problem? Thanks for any input.

Mine is new & I haven't had the chance to use it much yet. The few times I have, I didn't turn it off since it was in the vehicle mount, I just left it on on the vehicle battery power. Good question, sorry I don't know the answer yet.
If you miss a turn or intentionally take another route, the unit will immediately recalculate another route to the same destination. It's great, you don't have to do a thing!
