I had a thought yesterday to wake up those wonderful people on the road whilst fighting your commute. When someone isn't paying attention, eating, cell phone glued to their ear, putting on makeup etc and have almost ran you over.
Whip out that can of silly string and have at it while next to or in front of them. They'll think your bike is either being over friendly or melting. Either of which should wake them up that they're drive a 1-1/2-2 ton plus vehicle. If you're very artistic maybe even spell something backwards on their windshield? |

I'm sure they could use another distraction.

You're on a 500 lb motorcycle, right next to someone who already isn't paying attention to how they're herding a 3000 lb car. Now you startle them. Ever hear the Bill Cosby skit about scaring Fat Albert with a Frankenstein monster? The last line: ". . .I forgot that I was BEHIND him . . !" From where I'm sitting, it's counterproductive to get someone to pay more attention to their driving by getting them to run over you. Oh, yeah, BTW, doing something like that is a criminal offense . . . |

That's funny.....If a bike rider did that to me when I'm in my cage....he might be going off road next time I see him. I know what you're saying though. I hate people that have no concern for others. When I'm riding I get that kinda stuff too....just gotta let it go. Most is not intentional, just ignorance.

that's what i like about wearing an open face helmet and a mask...... if you get a dipsh!t in a cage not paying attention, you can curse at them, and they hear you
Even if they are driving down the road. Highway speed is a bit tough, but in the 'burbs, it works a treat!! ![]()
