2008 250R top speed

Topped out at an indicated 95mph today.

Maybe if it wasn't so windy and if i had less gas in the tank, maybe I would have made 100mph.

(There's a question - is there a head-wind when your going that fast? LOL)

Wow even 95 is impressive to someone like me who isn't used to going over 65 in the cage

I can see it being a LONG time before I'd even attempt going over 60 on a bike too

you should be able togo faster, got the 07 Ex250 ninka to 107 mph by BMW/GPS speedo

I weigh about 208 lbs. So once I loose more weight on my diet (-10 lbs in 17 days by the way!), maybe I'll be able to go faster?

i think TS was around 118 mph for the 08

The review in Cycle World has it listed at 92mph for top speed. They wrote a very nice review on the bike BTW.

Yes the local air base here scrambled some fighter jets to take me out but I out ran them.

Hmm... wonder if i can do the same at my friends air base down on Cape Cod?

I thought you were going to say they rigged up your bike to the jet somehow and went fast that way. (with you IN the cockpit of course)
