Default Oil viscosity, what do you use in your bike

This is not a what you or I think is the best oil thread.

I am just curious what is the most popular weight of oil regardless of brand, or type.

Sorry if I missed some weights, but will put up the most popular, and have an option for other if none of theses are what you use.

Thanks

Sorry I was slow to get the poll up, so you got to post before the choices were there to vote on.

Thanks for replying.

I run 20w50 year round.

But my bike gets parked in the real cold part of winter, and is inside a heated garage so is fairly warm to start with in the mornings, even if cold out.

Mobil-1 V-Twin or Amsoil MCV 20w50.

Will probably drop to 10w40 this winter.

Default The manual calls...

for 10/40 but the manual is 26 years old and the oil available has changed. I use 15-40 synthetic because of the Texas heat. I tried 20-50 but it takes too long to warm up and run right. If I lived up north I would use 10-40....chris3

My manual calls for 20W-50. I use Mobil1. I'll probably just keep it that way since I only have a few more weeks of riding anyway. I don't have a garage, so she'll have to be stored.
