You think thats one of my problems? I let the bike set about two hours since it was running good. I went out and it fired straight up. No problems. Got on the bike and leaned it up straight and it died. Leaned it back over on the kick stand and now it won't hit a lick. I'm afraid its something simple and if I pay someone to do I'll be even more ****ed! Where can I get a rebuild kit for the petcock? I hope thats the problem. Maybe the valve need to be adjusted also. Here is a video of when I had it running earlier.YouTube - 1991 Ninja ZX600D

FINALLY!!!!! PROBLEM SOLVED!!!!!!! The floats were at 17mm, my repair manual says 9-13mm, so I went w/ 12mm. I also went by the manual w/ the pilot/mixture screws at 1 1/2 turns. Idles, runs, cranks PERFECT! NO more gas smell! It totally screams. Now I can get it on the road and ride. It requires NO CHOKE to crank either. Thanks Guys for all the help!

thats not a petcock knob. You push it, think of it as like a fuel primer, like a pump button that would be on a push lawnmower. Dont remove it.
