1982 kz550 clutch problems help please !!!!!
ok here is the low dowm i bought a 1982 kz550 from a frien who had it sitting in his back yard forever. he said it needed a starter so i bought one and took the side casing off and there is that little adjustment screw and everything right there on that little plate you have to take off to get to the starter, then inside of there is a little shaft that goes to the other side of the engine to engage the clutch. well long story short after i changed the starter and put everthing back together it engages werd and will slip when you hammer on it. i dont know if there is a trick or somthing but it just aint right.......
p.s. just out of curiosity i took the little engagment shaft out when i saw it in there.......
