No, I don't believe thay'll work without a major amount of modifying. I don't think the 1.25 bars are going to mount in the stock handlebar cradle any way.
If I may ask, why a 1.25 bar?

i found a set of z-bars from a harley that are 1 1/4" and was hoping to put them on, i like the thickness of the bars to be a little fatter then usual. guess im going to have to find thinner ones somewhere =/ ....... if anyone knows where i can get a black set of z-bars plz let me know.
