Having problems with getting the 2001 BN125 eliminator to idle correctly.
Just replaced the carb w/ a new one, but still having trouble. The bike only runs with the choke half way. When given gas is revs real high for a bit then idles down. Adjusting the idle screw on the carb hasn't really changed the problem. Should i be looking else where then the carb? Vacuum issues? |

Oh it so sounds like an air leak. Get some flammable spray and while running spray around the carb boot, intake boot, and anywhere else that air could get in. If the engine speeds up when you spray then you have found a leak. Also check any vacuum lines to the carb or airbox for leaks.
