I just purchased a 1983 KZ550LTD. During the loading onto the trailor the swtich that resets the trip odometer was snapped off.
Can anyone give me some clues as to how to fix it without taking it to the local service center? Maybe a link or other resource? I do well with diagrams. |

Hi thedagnanas. Great choice of bike - I hope you enjoy it. The parts expert for KZ's is Jeff Saunders, a member here, at http://www.z1enterprises.com/
Buykawasaki.com also has parts diagrams and part numbers for your bike. A lot of parts for these bikes are also available on eBay. Best of luck with your speedometer and welcome to the forum.
