Hi everybody, this my first post so go easy on me!
I am looking for any advice on a problem I'm having with a restoration project. I am rebuilding a 1982 Kawasaki GPZ 550 H2. We're having difficulties with the front brakes. When bleeding the brakes we are unable to get a pressured lever, there is some but not enough. The calipers have been fitted with new pistons and seals. Braided hoses are fitted and have no leaks. The original Kawasaki master cylinder seals had gone so we fitted one from a Suzuki Bandit but still unable to get a brake. Any help with this would be appreciated. |

you using the "old fashion" way or a "MITY-VAC". doing it by hand is tedious and ive never had good luck with it (others have but not me)
it may be the bandit resy is bad also or it may be to small a piston to handle the brakes (doubtful but not impossible) |
