My wife and I just purchased a Vulcan 750. The seat is a little high for her. We have ordered rear and forward suspension lowering kits from www.scootworks.com, and will lower it about 1 1/2 inches.
I haven't installed the kits yet, but I just realilized that I will most likely need to modify the kickstand angle, or shorten it. Has anyone done this before? Do you know of a good procedure, or whether this will even be necessary for the amount we are lowering it? |

look at the kick stand and grind the little nub down that keeps it off the frame or if all else fails you can modify the kickstand like idid on my vucan 800 and cut a 1" section out of it and reweld it back together.
