Ninja 500 jetting question

since I'm buying a stock Ninja 500, but I hate the stock twin exhaust, I want to put something nice like a Muzzy 2:1 setup on it. what I need to know, is what size to rejet the main and pilot jets to on the bike to keep it running right.

Ask Muzzy. Then PUNCH him in the head for throwing away his ELR.
