Transmission...

i have a kawasaki kx250 dirt bike and i kicked it to start it a couple of times with no transmission fluid in a couple of times but it didnt actually start. could anything have of gotten damaged?

nothing got hurt. i had a customer just bring his CR500 over cause it had a bad noise. well he figured out the PO forgot to put trans oil in it. he put a quart of GEAR SAVER in it before he brought it over to me. i started it in the driveway and it was fine (he DID start his bike for 10mins or so) clutch worked fine that i could tell and the only noise i heard was the typical loose big bore 2-stroke piston slap.
no worries in your case, fill it and ride
