Choppy Front Suspension

Hi everyone, I have got a ZXR-900c which I have lately found that the front suspension is a bit choppy?, Does anyone know the best idea setting for the front forks? Thanks

what year ? ever change the fork oil ? any adjustments on this bike ? sounds like its time for new fork oil/spring change.
