I have a 2001 kx 250 that I just installed a 1997 kx250 top end on and also used the 1997 carb. Bike started well and ran fine for app 5 minutes then stalled, upon examination I noticed the gas was running out of the carburetor. There are two vent hoses towards the top of the carb and depending on which way the bike is tilted depends on which one the gas flows out. lean left leaks out of left side lean right leaks from right side.
Anyone know what the problem is? |
