larger rear wheel and tire for 2007 Kawasaki Vulcan 900 Custom

I HAVE A 2007 Vulcan 900 Custom. I inquiring to find out if a larger wheel and tire can be replaced in place of the 15in.wheel and tire. It seems that Kawasaki should have put a 18 in. wheel and 240mm tire combo on the rear since they put a 21in. up front

Hey, saw on another thread in here that there's a fat tire kit offered by Britt Motorsports for the 900 classic, so not sure if it'll work with the custom. The kit includes a 210x18 rear and 130x17 front, and apparently does not require swingarm mod for the classic (no info for the custom). Check out the Meancycles website, as it has a pic and "some" info.

Wouldn't that take whatever handling it had and throw it out the window? I've never got the big tire thing.
