Need a Cam Chain Tensioner for a 85 900 Ninja

Hi Anybody know where to find a cam chain tensioner for a 1985 Ninja 900? I'm trying to find out if there's a manually adjustable one available, or a new replacement one here in the states.

There are several available on Flea-Bay, if you wanted the Kawi part.

If you want a manual tensioner, you could always get an A.P.E. unit Here.
