I have a 95' Vulcan 800 with aftermarket pipes and a K&N air filter.
It hasn't been running well lately. It hesitates at low rpm, also the front exhaust pipe is starting to turn blue more than the back. I have to run it with the choke on until it is completely warm. I removed the air filter and found gas in the bottom of the air box. What should I do? Also, every once in a while at low speeds I hear a noise coming from the back wheel. Any clues with that much of a description? |

air bleeds will cause this and you have vent lines all over your carbs. (they will be lines that go nowhere ,open lines) since its been sitting yes i would pull the carbs and make sure you dont have an varnish in the bowls/jets/on the needles etc.
