Default Bad throttle cable

Sometimes the line the closes the throttle takes a second before it closes the throttle. I'm going to get a new one obviously, but can a bad throttle cable cause fuel to leak into the cylinder if the throttle was left open over night unintentionally?

Nope. Thats caused by carb issues.
