77 kz1000 wont stay running unless on chocke

Got a 77 kz1000 ltd, wont stay running, it has new rotor,volts reg,plugs,stater,coils,wires,rebuilt pepcock, carbs fully cleaned and rebuilt, new dyna ignition, timeing is right, airbox still on new filter, runs like a skulded raped ape otherwise just wont idele, on atart up it runs on one and four, warms up it will pick up two and three, but choke has to be on slightly. iv run out of ideas, ajusted airfuil, sinc carbs, this is not my first go around with bikes just maybe im forgetting something small need fresh imput thanks.

Have you checked for air/vacuum leaks? Very common on older bikes for the intake manifold to get hard and not seal good or develop cracks. Have you checked the coil input voltage for low voltage?

yes it all checks out ok I suspect fuil idel jets going to pull carbs off once more to check my work, ill be on later
