Don't f around with the back/neck.
Look up the research of Robin McKenzie. Buddy's neighbor was scheduled for surgery. Picked up his book and within a week he called his doc to cancel. That was 5 years ago and he's still pain-free.

A2, I couldn't figure out how to put my paintings on here so I put the URL to my MYSPACE thing (my daughter made me do it) so if you go to my profile here it will have the link to the pictures. Thanks for asking.

WOW did i sleep last night, i went to bed at 9:00 and fell asleep almost right away, usually i lay awake in pain.
Then I slept in until 5:40 today, usually up before then. What an awesome sleep that was, and very needed.

Just checked with the shop that has my Vulcan and they say it will be another two weeks before they can get to my charging problem. #$%^$# it's already been there three weeks. Isn't this a bit long for a repair? I'm going nuts here. I finally broke down and ordered a pair of chaps. I've avoided them because I didn't want to look like one of the Village People but when I thought about skidding on my patutee on asphault, I decided to get a pair. Bike week is coming to the mountains on the 2 of October and I hope my bike gets fixed by then! Bands, food, and vendors in Graham County (Robinsville, NC) on the week of the 2nd of October.......Ya'll come!!!

Are they Harley boxer shorts? We went for a 4 hour ride, saw lots of corn, soybeans and some tobacco. |
