Advice needed Please

I have a ZX7r - P2 it is a smashin bike

but i have a small problem, when i open the throttle say about 8-10,000rpm it feels as though it being starved of fuel, If i pull in the clutch the engine is fine but as soon as i let the clutch go putting the engine under load it starts again, I'm puzzled Please help I'm at the end of my tether LOL

It has a race can on (Quill) Its not been Dyno'ed but it ran perfectly fine for a year until i put my standard can back on for the MOT (nodd nodd wink wink) since then i have fitted the Quill again n its still the same, I have s tripped the tank n fuel tap just in case it was blocked , Emptied the Carbs of fuel, checked the air filter and housing for leaks etc...

Advice would be great.

I have not been on this forum for a while, but i did manage to fix my bike, I would like to thank you for your advice. The problem was with the vacum pump under the tank, I baught a new un the HEY presto It runs like a dream again.

Any way..
