A lot of your posts are difficult to work through because you use different terms than we do for various parts... such as this one.
"Valve vacuum" is probably a literal translation that actually should be phrased as "vacuum valve"... but as someone else mentioned, we call it a diaphragm.
The diaphragm is a PART of what we would refer to as the valve. In "valve", we would normally be referring to the complete assembly with the actuator rod, cover, etc...

I just Pasted what Kawasaki Manual, Bike bandit, and all the web pages that sells spares say i didnt translate nothig, just pasted it from US pages so you could understand me better.

Wow!
If you messed up 4 diaphragms, you likely won't have much success with birth control, you know?
However, before you replace them you might want to flush out the fuel just to be safe!
Good luck!

Keep in mind that those are translated from Japanese.

That can often be worse than translations from Spanish

Chill man... we're trying to help you, but we need enough information.

I knew what it was. Went through same thing with ZX11. Ended up buying a used carb set.

Not my bike im fixing it, but its too expensive for the owner to get new ones and im agree it costs almost liek a complete used acrburator.

And yes the last mechanic was a complete dUmb he messed the wiring also.. now it has spark but the diaphragms ar a problem..

even on ebay cant find them =/

Back when it was initially posted I thought it was pretty obvious what the pic was and that everyone was just having a little fun with it. Now, I'm not really sure. I mean even if there was any doubt about what it was, you could see the carb caps on the ground in the picture as an additional clue.

But he was wondering if there was a way to FIX it.. not replace it.
He gave the bike, bit those of us not familiar with the bike or those particular carbs may still have an idea of how to fix a diaphragm.

Like I said... the only thing that I think might work would be Aquaseal, but I'm thinking if all 4 are torn, it's probably because of age, and fixing them isn't going to last more than a few weeks/months before they tear again at another spot.

I guess it's obvious to those of us that have been inside a CV carb too much but I can see how someone that hasn't seen the inside of a CV carb wouldn't know what it was.

Yup.... I've been all over Rochester 2bbl and Quadrajets, as well as several 4bbl Holley's, but the only MC carbs I've worked with have been FCR's.

Sounds like we have a similar carb history up until the bikes get in the picture. I was working on an old 780 dual line holley earlier today.

Those Holley double pumpers were probably one of the simplest designs in the world. Had a 650 Spreadbore on my Camaro... converted the vacuum secondaries to full progressive linkage. Buddy had a 700 double-pumper on his pickup.

Well... I guess anything is simple after doing a Quadrajet.
Never had the opportunity to tear into an AFB.

That holley today was only a single pump. Back in the early 70's I put one of the holley 1050 3bbl's on my camaro. Talk about dumping some fuel down an intake. You could almost watch the gas gauge move when the pedal hit the floor.

Rich,
The first 2 Quadrajets I rebuilt were a puzzle!
After that, they were cake, though I do remember the famous sinking float!
The 2 carbs in one body for the Vulcan are "lotsa" fun!
Still adjusting....
BTW,
do the coils on the VN1500 get hot and cause misfires?
Happened to me on the way to and from Reno last weekend.

"running rich and buying s.plugs... not fun"
Thanks for being here for "us-all"!

While it's not "normal"... misfiring or total failure when hot is "normally" a sign of failure or impending coil failure.
