It doesn't really seem like anyone is answering your original question. That of course is because no one knows what it is. From what i can tell it's the vacuum valve or "diaphram" or possibly a wheel bearing. If it's a wheel bearing then no, you can't fix an enclosed bearing, but they also are not that expensive so that's probably not what it is. I had 2 holes in my diaphram a few months ago and patched them very carefully with a high temperature epoxy. So far it's worked very well. Maybe that will help, but maybe not.

The four are damaged because the last mechanic shop screwed the carb caps squeezing the tip of the diaphgragms..

thats why the owner is now here hes got tired of the bad work of the last shop..

I can tell they made a big damage to the bike.

SO.. .

Heres a place that REbuild diaphragms , mostly for cars, they told me they can make a new ones, but the material they use seems more rought is nt thin like the OEM, do you think it might affect the performance??

Ask them about the flexibility of the one they would make compared to the original material. If it's too stiff it would definitely cause problems.

they look flexible, its just they are not thin they are more heavy rubber u know?..

would the weight affect it?

I don't think weight would be a problem as long as the flexibility was about the same it should work. Thats assuming the thickness of the new material didn't cause a problem with the cap fitting or something like that.

The flexibility is going to be a big issue. The diaphrams on most car carbs is used to simply pull the choke or some other mechanism open under vacuum. They are either full open or full closed for the most part. The slider diaphrams have to meter the fuel, so if it is too stiff, they are not going to open up enough and the engine is not going to get the right fuel mixture for a certain condition. The same thing will happen if they are too thin. They will open up too far and cause problems. That is one of the reasons that they are so expensive.

You could try and cross reference the carbs on that bike and see what other models use the same ones. Then you could scour ebay for those models as well. I do not know what models have the same ones, but maybe someone on here does. Or maybe a dealer could help you find that info?
