Angry might be a newbie question

SO this bike, has problems (OLD four cilinders, 500cc in V) ;

Doesnt Heat one of the four cilinders.
i changed the sparkplug several times, even tried with iridium but nothing happened. Spark is Fine. and the rest of cilinders are fine.. what th heck might be the problem with this one?

then what could it be?? that makes this cilinder dont heat?

thanks guyz

If you are sure it has spark, the other two things it takes to heat is:

1) fuel

2) compression

Check #1 by seeing if the plug is wet. Check #2 with a compression gauge.

Spark but no heat? Sounds like a severe lack of fuel to me. Time to look over those carburetors.
