Hi all, I am new to this site and are keen to learn more about my ride. It is a ZZR250 93 model, old by comparison with the current bikes but it has only done 19k ks. Though it was parked for about 7 months and neglected before I purchased it. The fuel tank was purged and refresh with 98 Octane fuel and serviced by a reputable bike shop before I paid for it. I have noticed there is a definite lack of excelleration at 3-4k revs. Can anyone suggest if this is normal or is there a fix. Oh by the way the carbs were cleaned and retuned only a couple of weeks ago.
Look forward for your replies. Regards, Kline ![]() |
