Quite true... assuming no further deceleration in the 2nd half of the flight, we're now looking at the first round taking a minimum of 4.5 seconds to reach it's target.

Betcha the sniper is already lined up on the 2nd target before the 1st one drops!

OTOH, if they do happen to catch a glimpse of a reflection off of the scope, they have plenty of time to dive for cover, even after the first shot is fired.

Indeed I am, and that is backed up by the laws of physics.

Can we agree that "center" is defined as equal distances on all sides?
Can we agree that the universe is infinite?
Can we agree that infinity = infinity?

Therefore, since the universe is infinite, equal instances of infinity extend from each direction of my body to the "end" of the universe, therefore....

I am indeed the center of the universe.

Sorry, physics isn't with you on this one.

Not necessarily. For example, consider that the center of mass is not always the geometric center of a object. We need to be very specific about what kind of center we are talking about.

Actually, the edge of the universe is directly detectable. There is some question of the geometry of the universe, which is largely related to the density of the mass/energy contained within.

Not entirely. In set theory there are various "degrees" of infinity. These are called Aleph numbers.

It wasn't a bad hypothesis, you just had some flaws in your logic. (Besides, clearly I am the center of the universe!) QED.

Ah, I see your point. In consideration of these new facts (and on the off chance that you could install some image recognition software to watch for my bike), I concur that you are the center of the universe.
