i emailed my doctor friend and she said to stay at mopderate temps, drink these special drinks and keep hydrated.

I have been doing that

Cool, just keep an eye man, seems once she got it bad, it stuck and she loved to lay out in the sun, now she can't spoend 15 min in direct sunlight or she gets some weird red patches all over her face and neck, and starts feeling like crap, so just be careful with it
