I was thinking today about a new bike project...
Now that my GPZ is in good working order theres not much more I really need to do to it this year. I'm pretty happy with the way its running. So I found myself thinking about a new project. And then I remember that we have an old bike sitting out in the barn, we picked it up sometime or another for free, cause the guy couldn't get it running. At the time I beleive it was the carbs and wiring. I couldn't remember what it was so I went out for a look. Its a 1985 Honda CMX250C. (250cc) I did a few searchs on Google to find some complaints on the performace on these things. Good cruisers but no power. (came up with 25 hp)
It's in need of a full tare down and rebuild, and I figured it would be a good starter project for me to learn to do a motorcycle engine rebuild. (have done cars etc...)
However I was hoping for some peoples' thoughts on rather this bike is worth the time, or should I look for something with bigger CCs...
