Hey guys what's up. I'm new to the forum. I work for a company that sells motorcycles/scooters/atv's from China. I'm looking at getting a Ninja 250. The motorcycles we have now are even smaller and tamer than even a 250 Ninja.

well it sounds like a great deal to me. I've heard from many experienced 250 owners to buy used. But I bought a new one because I have been plauged with problems from cars and I couldn't afford a bike with a problem of any kind.
I'd buy the used one simply due to cost... new runs about $3500-$4000 depending on how badly the dealer wants to siphon money from your wallet. The 250 is a very reliable tough bike so buying used isn't much different from new. As long as you check it for the usual signs... There's my opinion...

I drove a 92 Yamaha FZR 600 yesterday and it was awesome. First sportbike I'd ever ridden. Now I'm definitely going with a Ninja 500 or a 600cc bike, no 250 for me. I thought it was going to be a lot crazier than it was, bring on the big bikes I'm not scared.

well I have a 500cc bike I really like it Not too powerfull but enough engine to wanna way more than 65 mph on the freeway!
I though the same thing. When I took my msf course I though hey 125s are very powerful! So I started looking for 250s but I test rode a few and decided for a 500cc bike. I have to say I made the right choice here! I hope you do the right choice as well so you dont feel underpowered, or over powered! Glad to see another person riding!
