Keepers, be sure to take your pic of B.T. in front of something that is unique to your part of the world. What a cool way to create a travel-photo journal. Great idea, Chris!!!

If you are unsure if you belong in the club, you do not belong in the club.
I'm posting mostly to keep updated on this great idea. BTW, my 5 year old does this same thing with 'radar the bear' with her classmates. Maybe that speaks volumes.![]()
Anyway, there should be some sort of bonus when B.T. gets hand delivered: where two riders meet, become acquaintances or friends, share a ride and beverage together. Maybe they get permission to autograph the new star.
Have fun,
rick
Update: B.T. is in the hands of a new Keeper. Stay tuned for more details.

Man, this donkey is smokin'.Just kidding. We had a great time riding around, seeing the sights. We went to a scenic viewpoint and saw this
BT just couldn't hold back when I asked if he liked Kawasaki motorcycles
It wouldn't be a visit to Seattle without some rain, now, would it?
We stopped by my workplace for a bathroom break, and BT was stoked to see a model on display. He told me he was a modelmaker from way back, and hopped on top of the lobby eye candy
He went on to jump up on a trick ski and ask where the boat was
Here he is reading between the lines, deciphering the REAL cause of the big red error message box
I noticed he's sporting a Retired Air Force pin. I tell you what- I think this donkey's got more experience than that Pretender guy on TV. I asked him if he wanted to go to Red Lodge, and he gave me the biggest "DUH!" I've had in a long time. I asked if he wanted to hang with me for three weeks until then, and he said "NO WAY! There's things to do and places to see and people to meet. I need to get out of here before that moss on your car starts growing on me! There's plenty of time to find a ride to Red Lodge." So, someone send me a pm. let's get this dude rolling before he turns green.![]()

OK, everybody. We have a new host on the hook, waiting for BT to arrive. His first Seattle visit was pretty short, but we still have tomorrow to show him the nature side of town. Maybe someday he'll make it back this way, and we can have another excuse for a BTK dinner get-together. I hope I see him at Red Lodge. He said he'd buy me a beer.

He says that to everyone, but when it's time to pay he's always like, "oh, ah....I seem to have left my wallet in my other coat...."
Donkey's a nice guy, but kind of a mooch...I mean, look how much free travel he's getting....![]()
BTW: I'm shocked that I didn't see one Starbucks in any picture you took. You got the Space Needle, but what about coffee?!![]()

Starbucks? Oops. I almost got the headquarters and two stadiums along with the space needle all in one shot, but road construction nixed my plan. The regular stores are more common than gas stations, so they don't even register as something to notice until you get away from them. With any luck he'll come back this way and get his photo taken in front of store number one across from Pike Place Market.

Oh, man. The Monorail should be renamed Russian Roulette Death Ride.Every so often it has electrical fires.

OK, it's been a while since it caught fire, but it seems to break down a lot.![]()

Great pics Charlie!!! Glad to see Donkey is on the move! Sure looks like he enjoyed his first stop... looking forward to wherever he surfaces next!
(Don't worry, the caffeine makes him a little nuts anyway!)

I was too late AGAIN! Grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr.
Actually, I think it's better this way - more likely to be noticed when there's an update.
Stickies should really only be used for stuff where it's useful information to keep handy, but there's not much call for people to post to the thread often. Too many stickies make it too hard to sort through.

I'm thinking he should be passed by direct handoff.
