I love this Thrilla! Sounds like some mean cheese there in BC. I try to always carry a good sized knife too while riding.

To make things better many top wineries are going to screw cap bottles........so you don't need that corkscrew option on your knife anymore. A bottle of vino, a nice chunk of cheese, your trusty knife......sounds like a recipe for a great lazy afternoon.

We brought back a block of aged white cheddar from Tillamook in Oregon. Dang, that is good cheese.
