Donkey show??? Oh great bringin back memories from my trip to cancun and told by locals to see a donkey show. I hope this isnt the same kind of show! now im gonna have a hard time going to sleep! and I got court in the morning.......

No luck is needed for court its open and shut case. Just got a tenant that I evicted and they TRASHED the house to where they will be paying me for ALONG LONG time. so far ive had to spend 15k on repairs. still got a few things to finish up but they really did a number on it not to mention left all the windows open after the moved out and we had 4 days of steady rain and wind. had almost 3 inches of standing water in the basement when I went to make sure they were out.
