What a trip!
Made me wonder how long stuff like that stays in ones head.

Sure was a better world before fundamentalism and terrorism.
We sure know how to screw up a planet.
Hey Lee . . . those are called flashbacks. Comes from those old-fashioned drugs one did in the 60's & 70's (least that's what I've been told)!! Do you get real hungry when this happens???

Ummmm...like another toke, dude???

Nah, wouldn't call you names over Joni Mitchell.
But, being from the South, I almost did over Neil Young!
However, being the Southern gentleman I am (hey, I try to be), I withheld comment.

Remember the lyrics in Sweet Home Alabama by Lynrd Skynrd?

Big wheels keep on turning
Carry me home to see my kin
Singing songs about the southland
I miss alabamy once again
And I think it’s a sin, yes

Well I heard mister young sing about her
Well, I heard ole neil put her down
Well, I hope neil young will remember
A southern man don’t need him around anyhow

Sweet home alabama
Where the skies are so blue
Sweet home alabama
Lord, I’m coming home to you

In birmingham they love the governor
Now we all did what we could do
Now watergate does not bother me
Does your conscience bother you?
Tell the truth

Sweet home alabama
Where the skies are so blue
Sweet home alabama
Lord, I’m coming home to you
Here I come alabama

Now muscle shoals has got the swampers
And they’ve been known to pick a song or two
Lord they get me off so much
They pick me up when I’m feeling blue
Now how about you?

Sweet home alabama
Where the skies are so blue
Sweet home alabama
Lord, I’m coming home to you

Sweet home alabama
Oh sweet home baby
Where the skies are so blue
And the governor’s true
Sweet home alabama
Lordy
Lord, I’m coming home to you
Yea, yea montgomery’s got the answer

So Bama, you must be a little miffed that of the new KFC ad's that run a Sweet Home Alabama loop for background music. (sellouts man, just a bunch of sellouts )

Bama, so you don't like Mr. Neil Young?? Personally I can't stand his music, even though he is the Grandfather of Grunge.

Here's what was going through my mind the other day as I was riding.

I'm just a gigolo
and every where I go
People know the part Scotty's playin'

I'm paid for every dance
Sellin' each romance
Ooooh, what they're sayin'

That there will come a day
When youth will pass away
What will they say about me
When the end comes I know
I'm just a gigolo
Life goes on without me

Cause, Iiiiiiiiiiiii aint got nobody
Nobody, cares for me
Nobody, nobody, cares for me
Iiiiiiiiiiiiiii'm so sad and lonely
Sad and lonely, sad and lonely
Won't some sweet mamma
Come and take a chance with me
'Cause I aint so bad...

Scotty (just a gigolo) Luv

No. Wouldn't call you names.
Joni was ahead of her time, but who knew?

Like she sez, "Don't it always seem to go, that you don't know what you got till it's gone...."
