$800 USD.

Should have been no more than $600 based on all the trouble I've been through. Low mileage or not, this bike is a piece of crap.

Actually sometimes low mileage is a bad thing.
If it has only 4000 miles in 18 years, thats a lot of time just sitting, and generally low mileage bikes are not owned by true enthusiasts and poorly looked after to.
Its hard on cars, bikes whatever to sit, seals go bad, carbs gum up, tanks rust, etc.
