I expected the bike to be moving at double the speed...surprising to see how fast the bike was really going.

Another thought - that bike may have evaded that cop in particular, but if the cop managed to radio in the tag number, as unlikely as that may have been, then they're toast. Especially with this video being posted online.

When I was a leo I never got upset it some vehicle outran me. I was not gone to kill myself to catch a speeder. I also felt that if this person continues to do this he was not going to continue to get away with it. Someone would get his tag number and just meet him at his home. Luck just runs out when you do stupid over and over. Also when I became a supervisor and one of the people were chasing a vehicle for traffic only(not dwi) I would have the officers stop chasing the speeder. It appears that in that vid. The officer stop the chase traffic was in his way and he probally felt it was getting too dangerous for the public and him to continue the chase.

Yeh, another idiot out there giving me a bad name. Hopefully when karma catches up with him, no one else is in the line of fire.
