    Default Only in Italy

I thought Americans rednecked and raced some odd "vehicles" (ie: riding lawnmowers), but check out this:

My cousin from Italy sent me the link. Pretty funny, looks like some of them use CBR600 motors even.

Look like (as far as I can tell) Fiat 600 engines. Would a self-respecting Italian use a Honda engine??

I looked at some other youtube vids. Their are Ape's (they call them an "Ape"?) with turbo'd motors, and others with CBR600 mills in them. Woo-hoooooooo....

Interesting! The APE engines I saw in Italy were Piaggio turbo diesels in the neighborhood of 500cc, used in small three-wheel applications - small delivery vehicles for narrow streets in many Italian towns. The ones in the video must be a later development. The racers in the video look like fun!!

Dopey Eyetalians ! Haven't they discovered knobby tires yet? They'll never catch us Americanos if they don't think outside the box!

    Sure looks like fun tho.

I keep thinking of Guido, the Italian forklift from Casa Della Tires in the Disney movie Cars.
