    She actually had first dibs on a brand new bike. She was looking at a new '09 Nomad. Great deal, but she hated the paint and the fact it couldn't easily be converted in to a solo saddle setup.

    I've never been to Texas, but from the pictures I've seen i think your description is pretty accurate. I don't think my bike will roll over a tumble-weed.

    i can see where that would be a hang up. So in exchange, you get a new bike and Crysti gets used bags on her old bike. Ok. Makes sense.

    Exactly! So I vote that DOD III is hosted in 2013 (seems to be a two year thing) in Toronto! Great Lakes, Niagara Falls, Poutine, home of our beloved founding Donkey (well, Canada). I'm officially putting that up!

    OH! Just realized something! We're going out to Yellowstone next Summer! SOOOOOOOOO need to stop in and say hello to Jim and the crew! HA HA! Hoping we can take the bikes out there.

    I can watch the mail as I do other things. If I have to go drive around searching for stuff....YOu know what? Its my system and it works for me so...BACK THE HECK OFF
